Productivity and Reporting Analyst

The Productivity and Reporting Analyst provides productivity analysis and reporting on large-scale capital projects. For this role, APM seeks candidates with a Construction Management, Engineering, or Financial background.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze program-level scheduling, financial, and productivity reporting
  • Interface with executives and project teams to provide project productivity analytics
  • Analyze labor trends and installation rates against project benchmarks and communicate variance drivers
  • Work with project team to forecast installation schedule and relay changes to Cost and Scheduling teams
  • Create project and program-level dashboards to model and visualize project performance
  • Assist effort to develop and implement new database-driven process to track project completion

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency with Excel required
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SSRS preferred
  • 1-3 years of project controls experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead meetings with diverse audiences
  • Ability to adapt to evolving environments and deliver results with multiple priorities
