The Productivity and Reporting Analyst provides productivity analysis and reporting on large-scale capital projects. For this role, APM seeks candidates with a Construction Management, Engineering, or Financial background.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze program-level scheduling, financial, and productivity reporting
- Interface with executives and project teams to provide project productivity analytics
- Analyze labor trends and installation rates against project benchmarks and communicate variance drivers
- Work with project team to forecast installation schedule and relay changes to Cost and Scheduling teams
- Create project and program-level dashboards to model and visualize project performance
- Assist effort to develop and implement new database-driven process to track project completion
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SSRS preferred
- 1-3 years of project controls experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings with diverse audiences
- Ability to adapt to evolving environments and deliver results with multiple priorities
