Construction Scheduler

Our Construction Schedulers support long-term, capital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop baseline schedule and maintain master schedule for multiple projects
  • Bring multiple projects into one view for executive reporting
  • Coordinate with multiple project managers, superintendents and subcontractors
  • Analyze and communicate all schedule changes, project delays, and areas of risk
  • Convey milestone requirements and obtain progress information
  • Maintain manpower, procurement, and equipment projections

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other scheduling software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to walk a construction site in a safe manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Construction experience preferred
