Our Construction Schedulers support long-term, capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop baseline schedule and maintain master schedule for multiple projects
- Bring multiple projects into one view for executive reporting
- Coordinate with multiple project managers, superintendents and subcontractors
- Analyze and communicate all schedule changes, project delays, and areas of risk
- Convey milestone requirements and obtain progress information
- Maintain manpower, procurement, and equipment projections
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other scheduling software
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to walk a construction site in a safe manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Construction experience preferred
